Sept. 21, 2021 – National Pool Partners (NPP), the nation’s premier multi-regional pool service company, today announced the growth of its development team with the addition of Justin Kuperberg as chief development officer, Amy Engelmann as business development manager for Texas and Zac Atkins as business development manager for Florida. Since its launch in January 2021, NPP has acquired more pool service companies to integrate into its regional consumer-facing brands than any other national service consolidator in the industry.

Led by Kuperberg, NPP’s development team is helping successful pool service owners take advantage of generous and flexible purchase offerings, providing new exit options that simply did not exist before NPP.
As chief development officer, Kuperberg brings more than two decades of
proven senior executive experience to NPP from some of the largest medical groups in the U.S., most recently at Spectrum Vision Partners and Advanced Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery. He has successfully implemented over 90 strategic acquisitions since 2011 and has led companies to higher exit values. He also brings a myriad of experience in accounting, finance, operations, human resources and real estate.

Since 2014, the company has grown its weekly pool service from 200 to 500 clients and nearly quadrupled its staff. Having chosen NPP to help accelerate the business growth of O’Neill’s Pools and cultivate fulfilling career opportunities for its staff, Engelmann will lead NPP’s business development initiatives in Texas, helping companies that are looking for additional capital to supercharge their expansion.

invaluable knowledge of the pool industry, having most recently managed a family-run business in the Dallas Fort-Worth metroplex. In the last six years, Atkins has successfully implemented business practices to streamline services and ultimately accelerate company growth.
